We are looking for an experienced purchase ledger assistant to join the finance team in our Bristol city centre office on a part time basis (22.5 hours a week) and we are happy to consider a variety of work patterns. This is a fixed term contract until the end of December 2017 and is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced finance environment. The role As part of our friendly purchase ledger team, you will become involved in all aspects of purchase ledger including processing invoices against purchase orders, inputting employee expenses, processing and checking payment runs and resolving queries from both suppliers and employees. Your overall goal will to be to make sure that all activities are carried out quickly and accurately within agreed timescales. What skills and experience can I bring to the role? As well as previous experience of purchase ledger processes and controls, you will have a methodical and organised approach and an excellent eye for detail. You will be comfortable dealing with both internal and external stakeholders and will be used to dealing with large volumes of work in a time pressured and deadline driven environment. Good Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills and experience of working with accounting systems are required. What can Tribal offer me?
